I'm unable to move the status due to below error.
Do you get this for any issue and any status change?
Or only status changes to a specific status? In this case check your workflow for any post functions that might cause errors.
If you don't have anything like that configured I'd suggest to contact Atlassian support as mentioned on that error page.

Yes, I get it for status in the workflow, I have mentioned all the mandatory details but unable to perform status change.
