Hi Everyone !
Desperately seeking for the community's advice(s) since I am unbale to close my sprint started a few weeks ago as the number of issues mentioned (for both done and incomplete issues) is inaccurate (see screenshots below):
Thank you in advance for your leads on how to solve this issue.
Cheers,
Hi @Mehdi Aidoudi ,
Welcome to Atlassian Community! Can you please click on the triple dot next to "Complete sprint" and go to "Board Settings"? In "General and Filter", scroll down and check the filter used in "Filter Query". I suspect that the filter is showing only issues in project RJ.
Now go to Issue Navigator and use this JQL to search for all issues in "Sprint 01 - 04 April 22":
sprint = "Sprint 01 - 04 April 22"
My guess is that there are issues from other projects in this sprint. That's why when you tried to close it, it showed those number of issues.
Hi @Yanty Ghani [ServiceRocket] ,
Thank you so much for your help !
I have been struggling for days on this one.
You were right indeed. Now everything is fine.
Thank you for your support once again. Much appreciated.
Cheers !

Hi @bhanu teja,
Some tickets are still most likely tagged under your sprint but will not be displayed.
You'll need to check in the full list of tickets and filter it according to the sprint name.
You shall be able to retrieve it and remove it from your sprint.
Cheers !

Hi @Mehdi Aidoudi But in board level filters i am using filter related to the project but my doubt is while closing the sprint the count is wrong but i when i use issue navigator and filter with sprint wise it is showing correct value.

Hi @bhanu teja
You need to retrieve the ticket(s) from the issue navigator, then click on the ticket(s) and remove the sprint label they are attached to.
Hope this makes sense.
