Hello,
I get an error message that says : Actual end: Actual end is required. When trying to create a ticket in my Jira project,
the Thing is that this field appears no where in my Project,
the Field does exist in our Jira instance, but its been used in other project.
has anyone faced a similar issue ?
I hope you have been able to solve the issue by now. If not, a very common cause for problems like these is that someone update a field configuration in your Jira instance, making the actual end field required.
As field configurations are commonly shared across many projects, this is an impactful change that may quite easily go unnoticed (until you try to create an issue).
Hope this helps!
This is possibly due to your project sharing settings (such as workflows) with another project.

this project has been sharing screens and other settings with other project since then, and so far there was no issues.

Is it possible the other project's settings were modified and now that has impacted this project?
You could check the last modified date on the Workflow to confirm this.
