Unable to create issue in a Jira board

Hi Anuradha,

Is it just this project that you are having trouble creating an issue for? Or is it all projects? Have you created issues in this project before? Or would this be the first one?

Hi John,

Thanks for response. We resolved this issue by removing a step in post function of a create issue transition.
