Hi All,
we are experiencing the following error in our app when a new version is released to the marketplace:
Unable to decodeSymmetric JWT token: Error: Signature verification failed for input: eyJ0eX.... with method sha256
This issue only occurs for customers that have not updated the app when a new version is released to the marketplace.
Has anyone experienced this issue and solved it by preventing customers having to update?

You should NOT post this token, as someone can copy it from the Atlassian Community and use it (if it's not expired). That's a security problem, and a violation of the Atlassian developer Terms.
I've edited your post to remove most of the token.
Thank you actually the token would not work it was edited and expired session token however appreciate the update
