Unable to drag and drop attachments

Hi,

I'm currently unable to drag and drop attachments onto my assigned issues. I've tried it on several browsers including Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox but I'm still having the same issue.  My colleague is able to to use the drag and drop function without any issues - how do I rectify this?

The issue linked above seems to only pertain to Firefox. I'm having this issue and using Chrome. Files saved locally will upload but not from Teams or SharePoint. Any ideas?
