Unable to enable/disable Add-ons in Jira

Hi,

I am unable to enable/disable Add-ons in Jira. I cleared plugin cache but did not worked.

I am getting below error.

I checked the logs but did not find any info. regarding  add-ons. Please guide me to solve it.

Try to disable and enable this plugin and look in the logs. You will see many messages like plugin can not be started with  how many seconds left. There must be a detailed message before these "plugin can not be started" messages.

Already tried but no message appears on log file on disabling/enabling add-on

There should be a message, otherwise it is impossible to say.
