Unable to find the announcement banner in my jira settings,may i know why ?

I'm using theAtlassion  jira project management software v8.22.6,i dont have a option of announcement bar .Select SettingsSystem> Announcement banner.May i know the reason please.thank you

Hi @mummareddy supriya ,

For Data Center:
In the admin page, type gg on the screen  and search for Announcement or Banner. Check if the page opens.
OR try direct url to open https://baseURL>/secure/admin/EditAnnouncementBanner!default.jspa

For Cloud:
There is an existing bug. Disable the New JIRA Experience in the profile and recheck.

Hi @mummareddy supriya ,

Yo don not have Jira System Administrator access on your Jira. Seems you are granted only Jira Administrator access.
