Unable to fund Sprint Report from Report

I would like to reopen a completed sprint but unable to find sprint report from Reports. Any other way i can reopen a completed sprint?

Can you find the completed sprint in the Sprint report? There is a reopen option on the right

I found this solution as well 

1. Click Reports, then select Sprint Report

However, I cannot find sprint report from Reports section. Wondering am I open the correct section?
