One of our teammates is using @Gmail.com email to login to the JIRA space. After granting the user access, he still sees no project assigned to him. Tried another email by granting access to a work domain email, it fails either. How could we solve this issue?
P.S.: We're using free plan with active users <=10
Hi @Alison Wong ,
I just found an article that can solve your problem: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/quot-You-don-t-have-access-to-this-issue-quot/qaq-p/1544573
In here, there were some of the cases mentioned on why the user is receiving this error.
Let me know if this article has helped you.

Hello @Alison Wong ,
Welcome to the community!
Have you checked if that users has the "Browse project" permission? Also, have you added them to the "People" section in the project?

Hello @Alison Wong ,
I've noticed that you are using the free plan, so the user is added through the site administration settings which is from the admin.atlassian.com and then selecting your organization -> Directory -> Users.
Also, to double check, when you have invited the user to Jira, did you assign them the product role of a user:
Since the Browse Project permission is also tied to "Any logged in user" and they should be able to access the project.
What is the error message that they are getting?

It looks like I've already granted all necessary access to the account.
It says the account doesn't have access to any issue / ticket.
Cheers,
Alison
