I had some issues with users, I removed them and now I'm trying to invite them again and I get the message that users are suspended. Why? How can I get them back?

Hi @d_aderiho ,
You can also try the following steps
You can find more information on this support page: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/enabling-a-deactivated-account-to-provide-site-access-1005792657.html
Hi @Michael Yaroshefsky - Visor for Jira , from what @d_aderiho describes the users in question are not deactivated but suspended. You can only deactivate users provisioned by an external IDP. I do not think that this is the case here.

Hi @d_aderiho ,
When you remove a user from Jira Cloud, their account is either deactivated or suspended. To invite them again, you need to restore their access. As an organization admin, you can do this by following these :
Note that, you will only be able to reactivate the account in case it’s from the domain you verified. If user is from another domain that was verified on another organization that you don’t have access to, only who owns the domain and are the Org admin will be able to reactivate the account.
Also, if you feel my input help you please accept the answer.
Regards,
Bhushan
