This is the email I have received. When I click on Join the team button, it simply redirects me to jira website. I do not get added to any team. Please help me in this regard. Thank you

I think you may need to talk to the administrators of the site you have been invited to join.

I received this mail when I tried to contact the support team of cryptotab browser. I don't know how to contact the administrator of the site. Below is the link through which I tried to contact them.

I don't know what you expect us to do about this.  You need to talk to the adminstrators of the site you are trying to join.
