Unable to load JIRA issue type page

does anyone know why I'm getting this issue? did I make any mistake while creating a project? is there any solution to fix this issue?

Please find the below solution

• Refresh the page
• Try to login in incognito page
• chcek your network connection
• clear the brower cache

Any other user able to access that page ..?
