Unable to name a screenshot?

Recently moved from Server to Cloud and noticed I'm unable to name a screenshot when attaching via CTRL + V. 

Anyone experiencing the same issue?

Surely it's not been switched off by Atlassian, although it's very basic, it reduces a lot of manual time rather than running 'Save As' and naming each screenshot before attaching.  

Expecting to see the following screen before the screenshot is uploaded:

But when uploading a screenshot to my Cloud instance, it's just uploading the image without the 'Attach Screenshot' image:

I have never observed that feature on Cloud.

Feels strange it's not replicated from Server to Cloud.

Think of Cloud as a different product, different code base, different dev teams. That is essentially what it is. You might click the on-app feedback link and make a request. There may already be a suggestion actually.
