Hi Team,
I am using jira version 8.20.7. I have created a workflow but its not reflecting. I would need your support for the same.
This is what it should look like - If i click on resolve field on jira ticket its expected to show numerous field options like Root Cause, KB Article Required?, Link to KB Article, Cause Category, Prevention, Recovery Procedure Used.
But somehow these fields are not getting populated.

Welcome to the community !!
You need to create a new screen (Admin menu--> Issues --> Screens) and add required fields to it . Then add the newly created screen to the workflow transition.
i.e. Open the required workflow in edit mode, click on transitions (example: Open to Resolve)
Click Edit and in the new window select the screen
