Hi , I wanted to change the resolution value of Bug issue to "won't fix" or "fix" or "cannot reproduce" once the status has been set to done. I have added the Resolve Issue Screen to the transition (from 'all' to 'Done') and it pops up every time we set the Bug status done.
The issue is, no matter what we choose the resolution is set to Done as there is post function in the transition, "The Resolution of the issue will be set to Done". This post function wouldn't delete no matter how many times I try. Is there a way to remove the post function or any other way for choosing the resolution every time I set the status to Done?
Thanks!
Hi Eshita, did you remember to Publish your workflow after you made the change? This is often the issue folks experience.
Hi Jack, yes I did publish the changes.
Is it that the post function is something mandatory and cannot be removed? Thank you!

No. This isn’t making sense. So If you are sure that you deleted the post function and then published the workflow then I would suggest that you copy the workflow edit the copy and see if the removal of the post function stickers. If so then replace the current workflow with the new copy.

That did the trick! Thank you, now I can update the resolutions in the issue.
