Unable to see development panel on jira ticket: connected from Github

Wanted to use 'create branch' feature on development panel but couldn't find it.

I have checked the permissions of project. Is there any configuration of any plugin or workflow or anything else I should try?

@Priyanka_sabhagani are you part of Project Role (Administrators) or you are jira administrator. Even though you are jira administrator, you need to be part of Project Role (Administrators) as per allowed permissions in above screenshot.

@Priyanka_sabhagani is GitHub recently connected to jira? sometimes it takes time/days to sync all repositories if those are big. Please make sure if repos are synched with jira.
