Unable to see "View Workflow" option in JIRA tickets

Hey all.

Unable to see "View Workflow" option in JIRA tickets. It looks disabled for me. Is this related to permissions?

@Hansika Wijenayake ,

You will new View Read only Workflow Permission

Go to the Permission Scheme associated to project > Grant Permission > select view read only worflow > select group/role where you are part of > save

Hello @Hansika Wijenayake 

Yes, you must have the permission "View (Read-Only) Workflow" in the Permission Scheme for the project in order to have that option.
