Unable to see/select "Agility" template when creating a new project in JIRA

When i create a new project I get only Scrum/ Kanban/ Project Managment/ Bug Tracking templates. I do not see "Agility", how can i get this template?

I'm guessing you are on Server, where it's not available yet.

Is it available on only certain versions, please can you guide how can this be verified?

It is only available in cloud

Yes, I am logged in as Admin. I still do not see the "Agility Template"
