Unable to see tabs on screens for some users

We have some users who have same access to the project. But some of them is able to see the screen with all tab & some users not.

Example:

Issue-1

In the Edit screen User1 can see Tab1,Tab2,Tab3...

User2 not see any tab. Only few System fields.

Note:

The screen contains the custom fields which are in the tabs are not configured as Hide, also they contain values.

I got the answer by myself by:

Edit the issue & In Edit mode you should click on Configure Fields and select All. The problem will solve. :)

Are these screenshots for edit of the same ticket or different tickets(and of different issue types in the same project?)

 

Are you using any scriptrunner behaviours to hide the tabs and custom fields?

The screenshot is for the same ticket.

In field configuration there is no hide of any custom fields.

So kindly let me know if anything else that i need to check.
