Unable to start or stop the sprint for my project

I have project admin access and sprint manger access both roles are part of sprint permissions in permission scheme, all other scrum masters able to manage their sprint but I am the only person cannot manage sprint as its say you don't have permissions to manage sprint. I have checked with permission helper and its showing that I have sprint managing permissions and here I am dealing with single project not multiple projects . its in Jira cloud

Could you check the filter for the board that the filter contains project = yourproject. You can find the filter in Board settings -> General
