I am trying Jira for the first time and I want to try the JMX monitoring feature. I followed the steps given here. But I couldn't find anything related to JMX in my settings. What should I do to enable JMX in JIRA?
I see that you have tagged this question under Cloud JIRA, and the document you are referring to is for server. For cloud you will not be getting the monitoring functionality as it is managed by atlassian itself.
i am working on enabling JMX on my jira but when i type the jconsole command to start it nothing happens, i believe a new window should open. i really need to get this working because our Jira is always slow and this is my first task for my company. i have done everything on the documentation on cloud jira because we are using ec2 instance. Please any help will be appreciated.
