Unable to upload zip files to my jira issue though i am a jira adminstrator

Hi,

I am trying to attach files to manuallly my jira issue, able to attach txt files, jpeg  files but fails during upload during zip files

i checked attachment permissions and overall jira permissions on attachments they looks good, Please let me know if i miss anything

Actually, I have gone through the attached image but all are the error related to Instance health.

If you have Jira admin rights then go to Admin ( upper right corner cog item )--> system.

On the Left side panel select Troubleshooting and support tools and click on Instance Health tab.

you can ignore the health alerts, Please tell me what exactly the attachment checker configuration meant to , should i check the plugin info ?
