Unable to view issues in Sprint

Hi,

I'm new in Jira. Normally we created a sprint but not assigned estimate date.

Before assigned the date we completed that particular issue, when changing the status Inprogress to Done then the issue get hide.

Kindly let me know.

Usually the problem occurs when the board filter and Column match settings, you can check the following configuration in turn.

1.board settings-->general-->filter, check if the issue in Done status is filtered.

2.board settings-->general-->columns, check if the status of done matches the corresponding column

BTW:

Issues that have been completed in the backlog will no longer be displayed, Issues that are already in the sprint and completed will still be displayed.
