Unable to view jira filter

While viewing a jira filter we are getting timeout error, the filter query is not much big so i dont think it is causing an issue.

Is there any suggestion why we are getting this issue ?

Hello,

You should have a look at the atlassian-jira.log file for errors.

I tried looking into this file but didnt found any errors, Is there a way i can share it with you so you can have a look and share some suggestions.

Maybe sharing the filter here would give a clue? I would start by breaking down the filter into parts and see if I could zero in on the cause.
