Unable to view sub-tasks when filtered with Team

Hello,

I've assigned teams to the stories. When I filter my jira board with team, it doesn't show me its corresponding sub-tasks. I tried adding team value to the sub-tasks but it is disabled as one of the guidelines of jira says sub-task cannot be assigned to a different team. In that case why is it not showing me the subtasks of the story when filtered with teams?

Please check your board filter query once. If query include only specific types then add sub-task in it.

@Mohammed Aamer Khan No.. there are no filters on board.. , and the custom filter is also not based on any issue type.

Hi @Layasri Pothula 

To display subtasks on team managed boards you have to click on "Group by" drop down and select Subtask in it. Please refer Manage Subtasks
