Unauthorized 401 error

When one of my team mate is browsing Jira Datacenter she is getting error unauthorized 401 error we tried to disable vpn and tried still same issue what could be the error please let me know

@sai chinamuthevi Please try below steps and let me know how it goes. 

1. Try another browser

2. Clear browser cache, restart laptop/pc and try again

3. Login to base URL first and then open the ticket link.
Example: login to https://jira.ABC.com and then open  https://jira.ABC.com/browse/ST-2582
