Under "Acceptance Criteria" Error message "Unlicensed........"

Unlicensed

Sorry, you either don't have a license or your license has expired

Please contact your system administrator to purchase a valid license

What are me missing?   Is there an admin setting?

@Jo_Olsen Did you figure out which license this is referring to?

One of our user's is seeing the same message.

@Chintan Parmar in our case it was the Behave Pro (https://www.hindsightsoftware.com/behave-pro/) add-in.

We'd stopped the trial but not uninstalled it.  The error disappeared once uninstalled.

If the rest of Jira is working ok, my guess would be you have a custom field that is provided by an App, whose licence has expired.

As an admin, have a look at the screen to see what fields are on it, then check the list of installed add-ons to see if any need licencing.
