Unique use cases we can do with Jira

Hi,

Can anyone suggest some unique use cases wherein jira can be used

for eg currently we are using along with whatsapp to create tickets and track it

need everyone’s views what all things is possible which are kind of gen next

@Mayur Gaikwad/Tech PMO If you use the API / web hooks anything is possible.  Basically as long as an application has the ability to connect via web services you can move information in and out of Jira.

One quick fact check - is it possible to call third party APIs through Jira instance. I belive in cloud version this is not possible, right?

If so ever we have to do, how can that be done.

@Mayur Gaikwad/Tech PMO you can call third party APIs through Jira Automation Webhooks.  You can also have incoming webhooks.  Here is some documentation to help you get started:
