I created one custom field for counter purpose whenever the D ticket in one project link to A ticket in other project then the counter needs to increment I achieved this in automation but my problem is whenever I unlink the D ticket in A project the counter needs to decrement it means the counter needs to update . How can I achieve this in Automation? or else is there any possibilities to achieve in other approach also? If yes can you guide . Can anyone help on this

You could create a new rule and use the "Issue link deleted" trigger to accomplish this. Then you could decrease your running counter field with 1.
However, can I ask the purpose of this field, there might be other solutions better suited for your needs.
