×I have the same problem (. You have an unsaved comment). Clicking or pressing Save does nothing. If I press Cancel, the comment disappears. Either show me the freaking comment or get RID OF THIS. If you forced us to save before exiting like Word, this would not be a problem.
I've lost HOURS over the last year re-typing comments that just DISAPPEARED! Sometimes they come back the next day. Maybe you should write these comments somewhere SO I WON'T HAVE TO KEEP RETYPING THEM!

Is this on server or cloud?
Are you typing or copying content into the comment?
What browser are you using?
Is this happening in all browsers of just one?
Do you have any plugins installed in the browser?
Same is happening to me.
No matter I use Firefox, Chrome or another, I read the message "You have an unsaved comment" but get no way to recover it.

@Joaquin Marquez Bugella When you see that prompt and click in the comment box Jira will then populate the comment box with your saved comment.
