I am afraid I can't clearly answer your question as we don't have a set time table for these releases. It could be a new version is released today, or it could be several months before an update is posted. There are a variety of factors that go into the decision to update this particular module that is used across several Atlassian products.
Is there something wrong in your current version of this plugin that you are expecting to be fixed in this upcoming release? Just curious as to why you might be asking this question to see if I can understand your concerns better and offer any clearer answers.

Hello and thanks for the quick reply!
Until yesterday, the version Atlassian Universal Plugin Manager version 2.22.11 was incompatible with the latest version of Jira 7.10.1. This morning the problem has been solved and the indication of incompatibility no longer appears

Ah thanks for explaining. After I read your question, I also noticed this fact about the UPM plugin not listed as being compatible with the latest Jira 7.10.x versions. I was able to reach out to my team that corrected this problem.
