Upgrading two of our products to Enterprise but the balance as Standard; any issues?

Hello, we are looking at upgrading our core suite being Jira Software and Confluence to Enterprise, but leaving our subsidiary products Jira Service Management and Backbone Sync as Standard. 

Are there any drawbacks (implication) we should be aware of?

I don't know for sure if there are any drawbacks for Jira Service Management, but I don't think so.

What I can ensure you that there's no drawback with Backbone Issue Sync.
