Use a scripted field to a security level

Is it possible to use  a scripted filed as a custom field in a Security level? (Issue Security Schemes)

Do you mean as though it were a user-picker?  You can if you select the "user picker" template for the script output

It does not seem to be available to select the scripted field from the security level as "User custom field value". The template is User Picker (single user)

Ack, sorry, I'm wrong - no, the security scheme does not recognise the users in scripted fields, even when you've got the right template.
