I have Jira admin permission and also Jira System Admin.
But I don't see the Sync Button.
Is there any suggestion?
@Muhammet Ayal This looks weird. Have you integrated & synchronized AD successfully atleast once?
If yes, then you may try to clear plugins cache in JIRA Server using https://answers.seibert-media.com/t/how-to-delete-clear-the-plugins-cache-in-jira-server/54 and then after restarting JIRA, see if the problem is resolved.
