I created dashboard for a user to monitor any tickets the user's associates submit. The tickets the users can submit to are mostly jira service projects. Only one user needs to see and monitor the dashboard, I did give them a jira service agent license. Do I have to add the jira user to each of the projects? I can view the dashboard normally

yes the user needs permission for all relevant projects.
The user needs also permissions to the filters that are used for the dashboards.

Thanks Mike, it looks like once I gave permission for the user to view the filter, it worked.
