Hi @Sudharsan

There could be a Post Function in your workflow, or an automation (actor is the current user who trigger the automation) with which this could have happened. Did the user filled any field with the text on the description?

Hi @Alex Koxaras _Relational_ ,

Workflow is shared with Multiple projects, But this is happened to single issue.

I am not able to Understand  Did the user filled any field with the text on the description?

What I mean by that is that you could have a scenario like the following:

  • That user makes an action (like a transition)
  • During this transition he/she input some text to a text field.
  • Then using an automation you could add a comment to that issue, with the content of that field

Hope that I made this point clear.

Now to our point. I believe that, if the workflow is shared with other projects and since that thing happened to only one issue, then:

  • either the user has indeed wrote this comment by him/herself
  • or the thing I'm telling you above

Other than that, I do not have any other idea on how this thing could have happened. I mean it's either manual, or via an automation.
