When we try to use @ the usernames are not getting auto populated. Anyone has some across this issue. This happens only with a specific set of users, while some of our users are able to do the @ mention. Any idea whys this is happening?
Check to see that the users that cannot be @ mentioned have Browse project permission. Also check out this KB, Mentions are not working in JIRA applications, for other reasons that the mention may not work.
@John P Can you check if all your users (who are not able to @ mention users) have "Browse Users" global permission in JIRA ?
