All of our users do bulk changes to issues and have for a long time. one user who is a team member always did it fine but then all of a sudden she didnt have that icon available anymore. we tried restarting and loging in on her pc with a different user and her on a different pc and its still the same. her account does not grant bulk changes but we changed nothing and she is in the group for being able to do bulk changes.
what can we do?
My guessing if it was a bug it would have affected other users as well. A change must have been done somewhere that created this problem.
@Jon double check to make sure that she is in the same groups than other users who don't have this problem.
Best,
Fadoua
Got it! she was not in the Jira Software Group but she was in another one that allowed her to do it prior to this week. anyways all good!

I would be interested in a screenshot of what she is seeing.

thanks for the pic. While I am not sure about this I am certainly wondering if something has changed w/ recent updates of cloud instances. There seems to be a number of odd issues popping up recently. My initial reaction would be this is something to do w/ configuration since it appears to only be one user but maybe not. To that end, I would suggest you open a support request with Atlassian Support. The other thing I would do is to look closely at any differences with the groups this person is in vs. that of others that work.

@Jack Brickey I just noticed your answer. I agree with you regarding the groups because it sounded like a permission issue.

@Jon please try to clear the cache and history.
If it doesn't improve you can open a ticket with Atlassian as I see you are a JIRA cloud user and it could be a bug that I am not aware of.
