User is having 2FA issues while logging to Jira

Hi Team,

One of the users spatha07@amgen.com unable to access https://amgen-tech-workforce.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/S4/boards/67 this project due to 2FA issue. Please see the attached screenshot. Please reset the 2FA.

We have contacted Atlassian team earlier for same issue they have asked us to check with Amgen Jira organization team. We contacted the mentioned admins but they are saying it needs to done from Atlassian  team. Could you please look into this issue asap as user is unable to login Jira.

Welcome to the community.

Then the Amgen Jira organization team needs to raise an issue with Atlassian Support as it relates to an account on their Cloud instance.

Their Cloud instance has 2FA enabled for this user.

Here in community, most of us are Atlassian users like yourself and we don't have access to your environment.

This community is an open public form, not Atlassian Support.

Thanks for the information.  I tried to raise request from support 

page but its redirecting me to Community page

Can't I raise request to the Atlassian team as a user?

I mentioned this. An admin of the instance you are trying to access needs to contact Atlassian Support and raise this issue.

You as a user can't.
