I have a member on a board who was previously able to comment, move, and create tickets. No permissions have been changed, but now she is unable to move or create issues. She can still leave comments.

She has tried logging out and back in, refreshing, and clearing her cache. I even tried making her an admin on the project, but she still gets a message saying she does not have permission to transition issues. This is true for when she tries to click and drag as well as when she tries to transition it from the ticket itself.

Hi @Hannah Hebrink ,

welcome to the community.

You should double check the permission scheme and the project roles and make sure that there were really no changes.

And if you are an administrator, you should have the permission helper in the issue menu bar, there you can select the affected user and the action and it will tell you, why the user can't do that.

I am not seeing anything labeled permission helper or scheme. I am not a site admin, only an admin for this particular project board.

Hi Hannah,

Then please ask your site administrator to check these things, they can probably also tell you if there were changes in the permission scheme.
