I've noticed on the new type of project that if you want to add people, there are 3 different roles: Administrator, Viewer and Member. The problem is, on our project we need (for now) 3 types of users but with different permissions which I would like to manage.

1. Administrator ( role and permissions ok on next-gen project).

2. Viewer (I would like to use this for our external clients).

3. Developer/ Member ( this will be used for developers).

Not having the permission scheme available on project, the permissions given to the existing users are not helping me because we need to assign specific actions for roles. On the other old projects I use different permissions depending on the project / external clients / developers.

I would like to know if in the future the permission scheme will be available for next-gen projects, or at least an option to create or edit the roles and the permissions.

Thank you!

Hi @elenushhh ,

I checked the roadmap for the next-gen enhancements and did not see anything related to permissions on it. There is an open suggestion for improved permissions, however. You can review it, vote for it, add comments, etc. here: JSWCLOUD-17159

Hope this helps,

-Scott
