Hello there,
I am facing of a strange behavior for a specific user.
this user can edit a issue but get 0 field displayed ( only the standard field descitpion etc...)
When i edit the same issue with another profile (mine or a profile from a user in the same group) i get all the field (customfield and standard) displayed.
Both profile are in the same group and same permission. I didn't get why on user can't edit normaly an issue and the other one can't.
Please find some picture above to highligh my probleme:
Edit profile OK
Edit profile KO:
I don't see where the probleme is.
If you have any suggestion ?
Regards,
Olivier
Hi,
can you please check if the user has choosen to show only some of the available fields (there should be a drop down field named "Configure Fields"). It that is the case, turn it back to all and the user should see everything again.
Hello bastian,
thank for you answer. I remove some script for the annoucement banner (which hide the drop down list) and set all field for my user.
Thank you.

Hi @Olivier MAZEN,
First pic is Edit issue screen, second pic seems comment screen in Service Desk. Is the other user an agent? Can you also check the Edit Issue permission from Project Settings -> Permission Scheme?
If everything is exactly same, do you use JIRA Field Security Plugin to hide specific fields?
