User cannot login in Jira anymore. For all other users in the team everything is working fine.

Hi Kurt, thank for reaching out. This is not a new user. This user has been working on the Kanban board for few years, and now suddenly we got this error.
I am not sure what I can do with the page that you have shared. Not really understand what I need to do.

Got it, have there been recently any changes on your identity provider for that user (changes to the attribute used for authentication etc)?

Not that I am aware off. We are working for a corporation. He is the only user impacted from a team of 15 people.
