User unable to receive email notification

Some users inform that they could not receive email notification when having updates on all projects, could you check if the mailing list blocked their email? If yes, please remove them from the 'unable to send' list.

Pls check if they have disabled notifications in personal settings.

Checked, all users didn't disable notification in personal setting, and they wish to receive notifications

Have these users received other emails from Atlassian Cloud before? such as registration invitations, etc.

They have received emails normally before, but after this issue happened, they can't receive any email from atlassian
