I am a Jira Admin, I created a Test Issue in the Jira Project , and i assigned to one of my User and she deleted that, The Problem is i haven't received created mail notification and my user not received the assignee updated mail notification and deletion issue notification, but i received that . In notification scheme all permission are there to me and my user and In error queue i am not able to see it, can anyone help me on this .

You can use the Notification Helper to determine if Jira is correctly configured to send a notification for a specific event for a specific issue to a specific user.

If it is correctly configured, then you should check if your email client is routing the emails to a Junk Mail folder or some other folder.
If that is not the case, you should check if your email server is receiving the emails, and check if your email service is blocking them as spam or other undeliverable mails.

In Notification Helper , I entered the User Name and While Selecting the Issue i am unable to get it because it is deleted already and in Notification Event i choosed the Issue Deleted but in Issues i am not getting that Issue.
