Hi,

We have started using Jira HelpCenter and for some users the problem appeared that when they try to add comment to their own ticket they can't type in anything.
The only solution so far was to use different browser, but for most users it is too big of a hassle so instead they don't use Jira.

We have tried to delete cookies, reinstall Google Chrome from scratch (or Firefox, it was indicated with both browser) etc.

Can you please help us what can we do about this?

Hi @Szabó Dániel

Welcome to the community.

This could be related to policies on the users devices, does it work in incognito windows?

I found the source of the problem, the automatic google translation of the page was the issue. After I turned it off for the user he was able to write in the comment section.
