Users group

Hello everyone,

I need to create some users group and the main of request is: Every user from specified group can see all tickets created by users in this group.

I have tried with project permissions, security level.

I will be thankfull for help. Don't hesitate comment or asking.

You will need to amend your project permission schemes and possibly project membership.

Ideally, have a permission scheme that names roles for "create issue" and "browse project" permission. Then make sure your group is in the roles in each project.

Or you could name your group for those permissions instead (this is more simple, but less flexible and doesn't let you delegate user access to the project admins)

that's still not enough. I have tried this couple times but must be something else to do.

I don't know what you have tried, but if you have set it up as I've said, you should see it working.
