Users no longer receiving email alerts

Several members of our team have stopped receiving email alerts from Jira. Our url is https://livtech-homecare.atlassian.net/ - any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Michael Schmaldienst Can you please share the domain of the email addresses which are not receiving emails?

Thanks - it looks like we got it solved...some of our users were just getting bounced...those have been removed from the bounce list and we're moving forward!
