Good afternoon,
I have noticed on a previous post that sometimes emails can bounce due to certain errors for certain email addresses on a domain.
Can ours please be checked to see if there are any bounces as we have received a few reports of users not receiving email notifications?

Hi @Melissa Cross You're right. Once Atlassian receives a bounce for emails, further emails from Atlassian side are stopped.
Can you please share the email addresses here so that I can remove the bounce records for them?

Are you able to check what bounces are there from the domain?
I don't really want to list users email addresses on a public forum.

Hi @Melissa Cross I can understand. I can check for the domain but I don't have the domain details too. Can you please help me with that?
Also, if you are fine, can you please also share the number of users not receiving emails.

The domain is dfsgroup.atlassian.net
At the moment, there is at least 5 users I belive, but could be more.

Hi @Melissa Cross There are users from multiple domains who have access to this site. However, I've deleted last 5 suppressed users from 2 domain that has the maximum number of users.
If the users in question are still facing issues, please reach out to us by creating a support case and share the email address over there.
